My Role : Working as a Senior QA and performing Manual testing for the Project
– Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.
– Building up a team and choosing right number and skill set of resources.
– Reviewing status reports from team managers and taking appropriate actions accordingly.
– Understanding and defining areas to calculate the overall risk to the project.
– Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.

Specification : SalesHive is a B2B lead generation software that uses cold calling, email and LinkedIn to book meetings with qualified buyers by using our platform and CRM.

There are total 5 types of roles involved in SalesHive:

– Admin : Admin User is an entire system’s admin.
– User per Client: Users can have multiple clients as well as child users.
– Cold callers: This user can use the functionality of cold calling from the system via using a phone burner system.
– Sales Strategist: Sales strategist works as a representative of sales count.
– Responder: Responder will fix the meeting with the clients.

In this project we are working with client teams and get experience of team works and manages all task as per all teams of QA, developers and backend.

Currently we are also working in converting the whole project into a new technology (react js) and working on that also parallelly.

Specification : Maxbox is a platform for mail separation and handling multiple mails at a time on a single platform.
Users get all the mails on Maxbox after configuration is done on the platform.
Users can handle multiple clients with multiple client’s emails.
