Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and backend teams
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Review code and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
